I'm scared I might be pregnant and I need your opinion!

So a week and 2 days ago I had unprotected sex (4 days after my last period). As a side note, he pulled out. No, I am not on any kind of birth control. It all ended around 2am and I went back to my place right afterwards. I woke up at 9am to go grab Plan B and took it right away. Two days after said sex and taking Plan B, my vagina had this stinky fishy smell that only lasted for that day. Took me by surprise because I keep myself very clean, especially down there. Don't know if that could have meant anything?

Skip to last night (a week and a bit after unprotected sex and taking Plan B) I woke up with some of the worst cramps I have ever experienced. At first, I had some light bleeding, then decided to put a tampon in, took some midol and went back to sleep. This morning I wake up and although the amount of blood in the tampon wasn't a huge amount, the blood was darker and more like period blood. I have no cramps today yet but maybe it's because the medication I took is still working and no further bleeding although it's only been an hour since I took the tampon out.

So Please... if anyone has any idea of what they think about all this. Sorry if it is all TMI, I need to get it all off my chest and on here so I can see what you guys think. Am I pregnant? Is Plan B just messing with my cycle since my period usually come around the end of the month? I know it's quite early to tell but any feedback you have can be helpful for me. Thank you for reading!

Also my breasts are not tender, I haven't had any sickness (besides having tonsillitis right now haha) and for the most part feel normal.

Hi there.  You loaded yourself up with hormones with the Plan B and it created the bleeding.  It may take a couple of cycles to get back on track.  Doubtful you are pregnant because PLAN B wipes out a chance of pregnancy pretty efficiently.  So, I wouldn't worry about that.

I would be EXTREMELY proactive on birth control though as you don't know when you are going to ovulate next (well, you never really do for sure at any time) because the hormones of plan B have jolted your hormonal balance.  so, you could drop an egg any time!

Pull and pray doesn't work.  I'd either get on the pill or refuse sex unless a condom is used from now on.

good luck and try not to worry.  I think you are fine.

Plan B can make your period come early, delay it, or even cause spotting.  I wouldn't worry too much.
