Little Itchy bumps on vagina

I have itchy bumps on my vagina and I ask my friend what it could be and she said she had them awhile ago from it being irritated and they went away in a few week, I also went to the doctor and they also said that it could be from that or little warts. Ive had sex with three people and they all were clean and all the people that have had sex with them are clean. So i dont know what it is or what its from.  I really dont wanna say anything to my boyfriend till i know for sure, the doctor also said if they go away by themselves that its probly not warts. Could it be from anything else and am i freaking out for no reason?

you need to see a new doctor because that information is incorrect. it does not matter how small the bumps are, they can still test them.

A genital examination reveals flesh-colored to white, flat or raised, single or clustered lesions anywhere on the genitalia.

In women, a pelvic examination may reveal growths on the vaginal walls or the cervix. Magnification (colposcopy) may be used to see lesions invisible to the naked eye. The tissue of the vagina and cervix may be treated with acetic acid to make the warts visible. A Pap smear may note changes associated with HPV.

i copied this straight off of a medical website so as you see, there is a way to check no matter the size.

Not true, if that's what the doctor told you then they're wrong. They can take a sample of the bumps and test for HPV, herpes or other STD's. I agree with the above person, of course everyone is going to say they're "clean". You only have to sleep with one person to contract any kind of STD. Sounds like you better look for a new doc that will do some testing if the bumps don't go away. Might just be a yeast infection or irritation as well.

if your doctor thought it could be genital warts he/she should have investigated further instead of just waiting to see if they go away. this is an std and requires medication to help control outbreaks. also, not to sound mean but it is very naive to assume every person you had sex with is clean as well as every person they had sex with. you never know what people have done unless you have been with them every second of their life. just because people tell you they are 'clean' doesn't mean they are, you should not believe everything they tell you. it is normal to get razor bumps around your bikini line from shaving but i never heard of getting multiple little bumps on/inside your vagina. if it was just one i would say maybe an ingrown hair or a small cyst. i would not touch them at all if i were you, just leave them alone, do not have any type of sexual intercourse and i would see a better doctor for a second opinion.
