Help

I have had these painless small red bumps on my inner thighs. One was of a purple color and when I popped it, a clear then white pus came out of it. And then it bled. They have been here for a while. And they don't itch. Is this genital warts or herpes? Or just molluscum. I'm very worried about it being an STD but I'm not sure.
