White mens with brown spots

Hi, I just wanna ask what's happening to me. I am just afraid to go to hospital for check up. I searched everything to know what really happening to my body. Well, I am now discharging a white mens with a brown spots. I am not sexually active and actually I just done my period 1week ago and I have no spotting after 1week and I'm shock that I have now discharging a white mens with brown spot. My vagina doesn't itchy too so I think it's not yeast infection and I don't feel anything pain in my body and my urine is white or yellow and does not painful. What is this? Please help. Thank you.
