Is it possible that a new body lotion or the lubrication on the razor can cause this??

First of all i am not a doctor. I am just answering from years of experience. It is totally normal for your mans lips and mouth to tingle and be numb after oral. If you shave down there it can be caused by that, if he is really going at it and for a while the rubbing will cause this. I have been with my hubby for 16 years and this happens to him.  You all have nothing to worry about.
