Yellowish green discharge.... booger like? Help please

I know there must be hundreds of questions about a yellowish green discharge but please still help... I've had this problem for so long I can't even remember when it started.(at least a few years) I've ignored it because I thought it was normal, and it never bothered me or caused any type of pain or irritation. Now reading about it, it really really scares me. It's semi thick, yellowish green when it dries on my underwear, and doesn't really have an oder. If you get up close and personal with the underwear it smells kinda sour. I have looked this up and a lot of the results I'm getting are linked with pregnate women and the discharge they're getting while pregnate. I'm only 15 and 100% not pregnate. When I'm taking a shower, I do wash my vagina but only with water. Sometimes, I notice there's a line of white stuff on the inside walls(I just wash/wipe it away) idk if this has anything to do with the discharge I'm having but I thought I'd just point it out in case it does. I will be going to a doctor soon because I know it'll just lead to worse things if I don't. Does anyone have ANY idea as to what this is? BV, Trich, Yeast? Please & thank you. :)
