Have you seen a doctor about this yet?  If so what did the they say?  I too along with most of the women in my family unfortunatley have been experiencing these pimple like bumps and boils.  I went to the doctor and he said it was caused by staff and or bacteria.  Pretty gross I know ecspecially considering I have OCD and I'm a germophob.  My shower ritual twice a day is pretty exstensive.  So, I told him I'm a very clean person and he said by washing my hands and body so much that I was taking off good germs.  I guess we all need some.  That did explain why I get sick all the time.  Anyway, he told me that some people just carry this kindof staff.  He put me on antibiotics and recommended I use this soap called cefzil and right away I noticed the boils(purple/redish bumps that have pus in them) lighten up as for the pimples I use oxypads and for everytime I use the restroom I wipe with a babywipe.  I hope this helps!

Go and see a doctor.  They may be cysts of some sort or pimples.
