Pain in abdomen area, constantly feel like i need to pee, no UTI.. what is it?

Hi everyone,
I am a 25 year old female that is in a 3 year relationship with someone. The past year I have been going in and out of walk in doctors doing UTI tests. Out of 5 doctors, 3 said I have a very mild UTI infection.. "drink some water and cranberry juice" DID NOT WORK. My most recent doctors trip was a week ago .. he told me he saw puss in my urine but wasn't 100% sure so he sent my urine to a lab for a culture testing. As always my results said I'm fine. The past few days I have been having a lower right abdomen pain that comes and goes.. it is not an ovulation pain this is totally different.
My partner has bad urges to pee as well.. we have been awake for 30 minutes and hes gone to pee twice already. He says he cant hold it either and it burns him but not me.
We have been struggling with this for over a year. I have been trying to get pregnant and recently had a sono done to make sure my tubes are cleaned. I hope I didn't let any bacteria into my body after that...
There is not one doctor that can give me an answer!!!!!!!! I do not want to be taking an antibiotics during my pregnancy.. when it happens. I want this all figured out now ASAP!

PLEASE HELP.
