Pain in the left breast

I am suffering from pain in the left breast, upper shoulder and near to the arm pit.  I recently had a physical and was told, all's well.  Any idea?

i had this, first at the GP and after ultrasound they found a cyst (small) but after being to the specialist she said it was due to my PMS and its disolved itself.....i am not a specialist but thats what happened to mee if thats helps...
