Painful Cramps

Okay so I know everyone or mostly everyone has experienced menstrual cramps. But I believe something may be wrong, I get extremely weak and my cramps are like basically I'd rather fall down some steps then feel these cramps. My doctor prescribed me naproxen's which didnt work. I've tried birthcontrol, anything you name it. My doctor even scheduled me for a ultrasound to check for fibroids and nothing was there. I just want to know how I can prevent or what I can do to maintain these cramps? THERE RUINING MY SOCIAL LIFE!

I needed to take magnesium 500 mg in the morning and 400 IU of calcium and vitamin D at night.  Every day.  That fixed the horrible cramps for me.
