Papercuts and pimple like bumps on my vagina!

My boyfriend and I recently noticed a pimple like bump, it is right on top of my clitoris. The bump is kind of white in color. It itches, I thought it actually may have been a pimple but neither I or my boyfriend could pop it. I also have a couple small "papercuts" on my perineum. They burn. After peeing today i wiped and noticed a little bit of blood.

Ive had my gardisil vaccine and have not yet seen a doctor about this problem.
I have not been on birth control for about 7 months and am sexually active.

Please help me! im scared.
Thank you!
