Hi there and welcome.  10 days long is outside of normal for womens' cycles.  3 to 7 days is normal.  Are you asking if you are possibly pregnant since you mention you are 3 days late?  If so, take a home pregnancy test.  But you may want to ask your doctor at your next well visit pelvic examination about this length of cycle issue.  good luck

Okay, so you are just having a strange cycle.  Gotcha.  (isn't it great to not have to worry about a possible unplanned pregnancy!).  Well, I'm not sure how old you are but it is normal to be irregular in the teen years.  The length of your period is more problematic for me.  That's a LONG period.  I would want to ask a doctor about that.  Make sure you get enough iron in the mean time.  good luck
