Pimple like bumps near vaginal opening

I've been taking some strong antibiotics for a few days now for a fever, and yesterday i realized there were these some white pimple/mouth sore like bumps on either side of my vaginal opening closer to labia majora, and i tried an attempt to have sex with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago.
