10 weeks since last period, negative pregnancy tests
Hi,
My last period was on March 20th, and I have nothing since. I have done lots of home pregnancy tests, all negative (except one Safeway brand may have been very very very faint positive). My ob-gyn said to retest after four weeks a month ago and I did retest and still negative. :*( I do not know what to do and I am afraid to go back to the doctor in case he says we should induce my period. I have had some pg symptoms--headaches, fatigue, slight queasiness, forgetfulness ;). Has anyone been pregnant but not discovered it until they were about 10 weeks along? (Where I would be if I am) Thanks! I'm really worried about this.

hello hope u can help me, i havent come on my period 4 10 weeks now, my belly getting really big, iv done loads of test but the keep coming up nagatives, but im breast are getting big and gettin white bits round my nipple and changeing colour could u HELP me please
Update: The blood test was normal-- negative and I am not pregnant. I am also kind of pissed at First Response Early Results because they gave me two false faint positives. Oh well. For a while I was happy to possibly be pregnant, but now I'm glad that I"m not. Thank you so much ladies for your help and advice! :)
i think you need to get a blood test for hcg, that will be the best way to tell, if you're early a u/s won't do any good right now
aaaand a faint positive again this morning. I am going to the doctor as soon as they can fit me in and getting an u/s if they let me. wish me luck!

don't worry to much about them seeing you, get the urine test done in the lab (although a faint positive usually is a positive and never look at a test past the time like 10 minutes or something) the obgyn in my area won;t see you until you are 12 weeks pregnant
it happen to most people, but hey! you still have a positve even if its faint, i bet u r pregnant n sooner or later u will find out!! keep postin<3
I called my ob-gyn and told them about the faint positive, and then won't see me until i do a urine test at their lab because they need 'proof of pregnancy' :( This is REALLY frustrating!!! Has anybody else had anythign like this happen to them?
Okay--confused. now the line is reaaaaally faint, like possibly not there.
im testing first thing again tomorrow--i'll definitely let you guys know!
do your test with your first pee of the morning too its the most effective result apparently! x

thanks! I will do that...i think i'll wait a day or two and retest just to make sure im not making it up :) but i'll call and make an appointment! I'm sooo excited! (and also worried that i imagined it all) Good luck with your situation too!
hey way to go.. have u seen a doc yet?? maybe u should.. i suggest u go see a doc to confirm ur pregnant! i believe u r.. with ten weeks late??? heck u could be three going on four months by now..
Holy dear god, ladies and gents, I had a *very* faint POSITIVE preg test this morning. Quick, somebody smack me! It was first response early--anybody know if that brand is prone to false positives?!?!?! (going off the hyperventilate now)

I have heard of this. some women can be quite far along before haviiing a + hpt. What about getting your Dr to do a blood test? that would be the only way to know forsure, then it would be ok for them to induce you period
