Pregnant?

Unprotected penetration, no ejaculation, could I be pregnant? I've been nauseous a lot lately and having heartburn and I never get heart burn, also been craving Reese's peanut butter cups and pickles.. I'm 17 almost 18.

Men do not have to ejaculate to get a woman pregnant.  When they leak precum, it can also have sperm in it.  If that is anywhere near your vagina (does not even have to be inserted - just close enough for them to catch a ride inside), you can become pregnant.
