Is it Cervical Cancer?

I am almost 22 and for about two years now, I have been having pain during intercourse. It doesn't always hurt, just most of the time. Sometimes after intercourse, I have vaginal bleeding also for a few hours, sometimes a few days and it's just a small flow. I have never been pregnant, but I'm also starting to think I might be infertile. I also have a decreased sex drive; I am rarely ever in the mood. Just today, a week before my period is supposed to start, I did clitoral stimulation by myself, no insertion at all, and I started bleeding within an hour after orgasm. It was a bright red and it was slightly mixed in with the normal clear stuff. I was having some cramps also. I keep researching online, but haven't been able to find anything out. My grandma and my mother both have hypothyroidism, but I'm not sure if that would cause all this or not. I also seem to be having an increased rate of growth of my pubic and leg hair. Any help is very much appreciated.

Sorry you are having these concerns.  Hypothyroidism is a slow thyroid.  That would affect your hormones which can affect things like your vaginal discharge, sex drive, etc. But it would affect other things too like irregular periods, weight gain, etc.  So, no. I doubt that is involved. A simple blood test though would check your thyroid level and tell you if it is slow.

Bleeding after sex and masturbation could be from your cervix if you have something going on like a lesion or infection.  It's also vascular and if irritated, can emit blood.  Or you could have bleeding from your uterine lining. If you are close to ovulation or it is not long after your period, this can happen. A fibroid can cause that too.

But overall, the thing to do is to see your ob/gyn.  (or a regular doctor who does pap smears or a walk in clinic like planned parenthood). Get a pap done which is something all women should have routinely (yearly).  It's quick and then over.  They send the smear out for results and can then tell you if there are any abnormalities with your cervix.  Cancer is sincerely, very doubtful. That is a very slow growing cancer and you are not the right age to have this as a concern.  But since you are having some abnormal bleeding, get it checked out.  Most likely it's just a 'thing' that is happening and nothing to worry about. But go over it with your doctor to be sure and for reassurance.  good luck
