Random pain started today
Hi, I'm 16 never had sex but today around my class period I sat up and noticed I had a small sharp pain coming from the left top side of my pelvic area, I've also have had lower back pain in the lower lower section of my back. Mabey it's my period coming soon? Thanks

Could be period cramps, could be a bladder infection or a kidney infection. Keep an eye on your symptoms and be ready to see a doctor if you have any really acute pain.
