Lump on vagina

Hi there. I'm a 25 year old female, the other day I noticed a lump probably the size of a pea and it's firm. It's above the vagina lips so it's not directly on my vagina but above and beside where the crease is. It doesn't have any type of head on it and it's a little bit sore when pressed on. Any ideas what this could be?

Sounds like acne. You can get acne anywhere you have skin
