Hi there.  Oh, of course you ask a doctor about this.  You may need a prescription ointment to clear it up.  Absolutely call your doctor --- either gp or ob/gyn.  They see all kinds of things . . .  a little rash on the bum won't even phase them.  I had a hemoroid the size of a golf ball that was red and white when I was pregnant.  I mean, disgusting man.  They never even blinked.  If you've ever been through a pelvic exam or having a baby----  again, a butt rash won't bother a doctor to look at.

So, go to a doctor, an urgen care or a walk in clinic.  good luck and don't be embarressed. The human body does strange things and we all have our gross moments.  good luck
