There are small and slightly raised dark color bumps in my vagina.

There are small and slightly raised dark color bumps in my vagina. A few days after I had intercourse, I experience a burn while peeing, itchy and burning sensation for 2 or 3 days then it disappeared. I didn't pay attention to it as I always feel itchy and kind of burning every fewdays after I shave so I thought this is nothing to worry about. But then after a couple more days I felt one small slithly bump down there.I thought it's just because of my regular shaving so I just ignored it. But then after almost 2 months it's still there so I decided to check it and found out that I have more than just one but a few bumps, they are not so much raised that I didn't know they were there coz I can't feel it when ever I touch my vagina. And another thing that worry me so much is that my vaginal opening got discoloration. It was light red/pink before but now half part of it are black or dark purple. It's not itchy or sore or burning or painful. I don't have discharge either and I don't smell strange down there. What could this be? I'm so scared. I am sexually active and afraid that this bumps and vag discoloration might ruin my relationship. Any help/response will be appreciated.
