How tall are you? 42 kgs would put you at 92 pounds and that's severely underweight. It also explains why you have irregular periods. It's the way your body protects itself. It's not healthy enough to support a pregnancy, and as a result makes it so you CAN'T get pregnant. I would first focus on making your body healthy before you attempt to get pregnant.
i am standing at 163cm. i am really underweight. i am trying to eat as much as i can but i still can't put on weight.
So you're around 5'3"...which is basically my height as well. (I'm 5'2") I too struggle with my weight. I went down to 90 pounds at my lowest, and just recently broke 100 pounds. I have a few health issues as well as a super high metabolism that make it difficult to gain and keep weight on. Do you exercise at all? And what is your daily calorie intake? For you to gain weight (you should be at 110 pounds) you need to get in at least 2092 calories a day. This will help you gain 1 pound per week. If you're unsure, count your calories for one day and see what you get in. You can eat a lot, but if it's low calorie things it won't do much. When I did it I found I was only getting in around 900-1100 a day.
Remember--baby needs a healthy YOU to grow. If you're unhealthy when you get pregnant it makes it that much harder while you are. For example, when I got pregnant originally I was 147 pounds. I got Hyperemesis while pregnant and couldn't eat anything while pregnant and lost a ton of weight while pregnant. When I delivered I weighed in at 145. After delivery I was 120. Now, if you get pregnant now and have troubles with nausea/vomiting in the first trimester (over 80% of women do, so we will assume you will as well) just a 5 pound weight lose would put you at 87 pounds. That's dangerously low.
I does not have time for exercise cause my working hours are irregular. my daily intake of calories is less than a 1000. i know most calories comes from sweet stuff but i really hate sweet stuff only sometimes i will eat fruits and drink juices thats all. Sometimes i only have 2 meals a day depends on my working time.
But anyway i have given birth 6 years ago. Before i gave birth my body was fine like weight and regular menses but after i gave birth all the problems just appear. I don't understand why?
Childbirth does a lot to the body, and it's not a wonder you're not gaining weight. Your calorie intake is FAR too low. You need to be eating a lot more than you are. Increase your calorie intake by at least 1000 and it should help a lot. I know it might be hard, but look into high calorie foods. Most don't actually come from sweet foods--you just have to look into different foods. I know you say you're busy, but you won't be able to do anything if your body gives out on you.
Mine was fine as well but after I gave birth to my daughter I developed GERD and Gastritis and it's taken a long time to recover from it.
Hi, i have got a question to ask? i have just finish my period about 6 days ago and now i have spotting. When the ovulation start does it shows this kind symptoms like headache, breast pain and lower back pain? and can i take those normal thermometer to test the BBT?
Thanks
