Unsure as to what is going on with my hormones/ovaries/cycle.

Right, going all the way back to the beginning.
I was a late bloomer and only started my period at 15 years old. My period was normal for around a year and a half I’d say. When I hit 16ish, that October I got severe pains in my lower right hand side, around the time of my ovulation. I thought this was my appendix , so I went to a and e but everything was fine.
Moving On a year later, I was still experiencing these extreme stabbing pains during ovulation and other symptoms which I will list. I am now 18 and the symptoms don’t seem to be easing up.
SYMPTOM LIST-
Painful period and ovulation
Period- heavy bleeding throughout the 7 days
-starts off watery and brown
- slightly irregular, this one was a week early
- Painful, time off work , college, nauseous , pain medication doesn’t relieve symptoms
- Sweats, crying

Ovulation- sharp stabbing pains

Painful breakouts on chin, around mouth and jaw during ovulation and period- nothing seems to make them better( no makeup, healthier diet, face products)
Very oily skin- seems abnormal, blotting sheets would be soaked through

Very picky with food week after period, all food apart from very sweet or fatty, junk foods, make me almost sick

Mood swings- always anxious, increases after period and before, very depressed before period, suicidal thoughts, uncontrollable crying, very angry self destructive thoughts

There’s a lot, but I wanted to make it in depth, to hopefully find an answer. I’ve been back and fourth to the doctors, only to be told it’s just bad cramps, and hormones due to my age. But my mum had pcos, and ended up getting ovarian cancer from from the cysts and had to get a full hysterectomy.

I got my results back from the doctors from blood work they did, and my endocrine and glucose levels are normal. I’ve also been booked in for a ultrasound next month.

Basically just wondering if anyone has had this same experience, and what the results were? (Also curious to see if anyone has had the extreme food aversions after their period)

Thanks.
