Vaginal Tear

Hey there guys and girls! I'm new to this website and i am in need of some help.. See, i am only 17, but i recently had sex and close to the end, the guy i was with told me i was bleeding profusely.. I went to the bathroom and it was just bleeding like no other.. Its been a week and it hasn't really healed. No one in my family knows i have sex 'cause if they knew, they are the type to kick me out.. Can someone tell me the quickest way to heal a vaginal tear? I hear peroxide and water, Neosporen and possibly stiches would work... But is there anything for sure to work and fast? Someone please help.. Thank you.

Tucks pads are sold in stores...they are pads soaked in witch hazel which is a topical pain reliever

A sitz bath is a bowl like thing you put over your toilet and when you sit, your perineum (area between your anus and genitals) is submerged. You can soak that area in warm or cold water...

There isn't really any way to speed the healing process. Keep it clean and dry. Use sitz baths and Tucks pads to lessen the pain. It can take a few weeks to heal a vaginal tear. Until it fully heals, do not have intercourse or use tampons (i.e. do not insert ANYTHING into your vagina).
