Vaginal bump

Hi, I have a bump (cross between a bug bite and zit it seems) near my vagina, it's where the crease of my butt happens, near both my upper inner thigh and vagina. I had unprotected sex on Saturday night, noticed the bump on Sunday night, and it's Monday night now and I am freaking out. I didn't ask the boy if he had any STDs and I have never had any. I initially noticed the bump because it was itchy, but the itching calmed down. Now it seems as if it has a head on it, but the bump is not an open wound or anything like that. I am worried that I have contracted herpes but online it says it takes around 2 days to see symptoms and this bump appear less that 24 hours after the sexual intercourse? Thanks for any responses!
