Vaginal discharge or wee or something else?

I've never really had any issues down there, but 2 months ago I started being really wet. I wasn't sure if this was discharge or wee because it didn't have any colour but it did smell strong.
I went to the doctors who thought I had BV so I was treated for that. However, it still didn't stop. I went back to the doctors who tested me again, but nothing came up. They said to see how I got on the next few weeks and to go back. I'm booked in for an appointment next week, but the wetness is still really bad.
On the one hand I think it could be wee because it's sometimes yellow, but I have no urge to go to the toilet when it happens and it almost feels like a constant dripping.
The only other reason I think it could be discharge is because sometimes it's colourless, and when my partner and I were having sex it felt so uncomfortable! The wetness was on the inside and we could both feel it to the point where it was uncomfortable. At one point he went quite deep and it felt like it was punching something! My vulvar is also extremely red and inflamed.
As said earlier, I am going to the doctors, but would be interested to see if anyone has been through anything similar.
