Vaginal swelling

Hi there I am 18 and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. we did some oral things but didn't have sex. I came off my period about a week ago and the last 2 days the right side of my vag lip is swallen and hurts to touch. I do take birth control however been on the pill for 2 years now.
and am worried what is could be

No sex ? Did you shave and cut it maybe. Sound serious. Oral is still a std risk. Get it checked out if its not from shaving

no it doesn't hurt to pee or anything or wipe it just hurts if u put pressure on it by touching it and is just swallen on one side but the whole side
