Vulvar pain.. no solution as of yet

Hey everyone. I was diagnosed with vulvodynia in 2013 when no one could find out what's wrong. I was put on Amitriplyline 25mg and after 2 months, I was able to get off the med and never felt that way again. 4 years later in April 2017 I moved back to my hometown, and bam the symptoms came on slowly .. thought it was infection so dr prescribed me meds. Had a cystoscopy and nothing showed. Was told by one dr vulvodynia, told by another I felt a little tight and need therapy, and told by another I don't look good and did cultures( waiting on results which will probably show nothing. She put me on doxycycline for no reason and the burning is worse so I'm getting off of it. Currently on gabapentin 300 mg 3 times a day and amitripline 25 at night. I dislike the side effects! My symptoms are burning and stinging in my vestibule also burning in my bladder and urethra at times. Just had an ultrasound as well and they said i have pelvic congestion and I'm waiting on an mri. For some reason, I don't think it is contributing to this pain. Does anyone have any input?
