Was it a misscarriage or am I preganant??

I had sexual intercourse with my husband without protection and also probably when I was ovulating. I had spotting and a little blood clotting ( for 2-3 mins) on my periods due date and I thought my period has started but since that day 6 days have passed and I am still waiting for my period. Was that a misscarriage I had or am I preganant or my periods are just late, I have a normal menstruation cycle. And also I had a home pragancy test 4 days before my due date and it was negative. Any help?

Hi, discharge doesn't really mean anything in terms of a pregnancy symptom.  It's not a pregnancy symptom.  Do take a test though.  Let me know the results.  good luck

Hi there and welcome.  Well, hard to say.  Generally a miscarriage is semi noticeable.  Chemical pregnancies which is what this would have been if you 'miscarried' are when you are barely pregnant and it doesn't stick and washes out.  It generally is like a heavy period.  In the old days, women never even knew they were pregnant and just thought they were having a heavier than normal period.  It's not just a few spots of blood.  Some women (much less that the internet would lead you to believe though) have spotting at implantation.  Could possibly be that.  The 4 days before your expected period may have been too early to test.  Since the due date for your period has come and gone, I'd test again.  Otherwise, your period is just late which DOES happen and particularly during the hustle and bustle of holiday time.  good luck
