After I pee in the morning,I get strong menstrual type cramps...

After I pee in the morning, I get strong menstural type cramps, that last about 20 minutes. This can happen 2 weeks up until my period starts. BUT....if I sit up for 7 minutes BEFORE peeing, then pee after those 7 minutes, I don't get any of those cramps. What could be causing this?  It also happens when sleeping, if I wake up with an orgams, I get instant HORRIBLE cramps that last about a half hour or so...........most painful thing ever.

You should go to your doctor and get tested for a UTI. I suggest you make an appointment and go see them this week.
