What do I do?????

I have severe menstrual cramps(I can feel them all the way to my chest) during my time of the month...I dnt kno why and just wondering does anyone else have this problem. So what do I do????

I had the same types of cramps when I was a teen my Dr reccomened the pill. And she I finally got on it ,it helped emensly I would talk to your Dr about it. The pill regulates your periods and with me anyway helped lessen them

Hi there.  Welcome.  At different times, I've had very painful cramps.  I find that ibuprofen helps tremendously.  You could also try a heating pad on the area.  Drinking water helps cut down on bloating which can help.  Try to exercise a bit through it as it also can help.  But honestly, ibuprofen works wonders for me.  good luck
