What is causing my vaginal irritation and itching?

I have had extreme itching around the opening of my vagina for about 4 days now. I decided to take my birth control, called nuvaring, out just in case that was what was causing the irritation. In the past, I have treated about 6 yeast infections through prescription and over the counter medications. I have also used home remedies such as yogurt, garlic, and baking soda to relief the itching. I’m not sure if this is another yeast infection, or some sort of reaction I have having to my birth control, the nuvaring. I am also experiencing painful urination, feels like a uti but after drinking a lot of water, the pain subsides. I have been to the doctor multiple times and they run tests for all STDs as well as utis and vaginal problems, all the tests come back negative. I am frustrated and looking for answers, was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before and knows what to do help!

Ive had very similar symptoms, extreme stinging after weeing (after intercourse) and extreme itching. I found a small cut inside of vagina which im certain is the cause. Now just gotta work out how to heal the cut.

Argh, it definitely is frustrating when we try to get answers at the doctor and come up empty.  Since you took your bc out, I unfortunately am going to say to go back to the doctor.  Some yeast issues are resilient and the painful urination (does it burn or hurt as your urine stream slows down or more like the urine gets on you and hurts?)  I do think you need to be re evaluated.  Have you tried probiotics?  Pill form, yogurt or drink---   it can help with vaginal ph.  Also, don't try to clean your vagina.  It's self cleaning and other things can throw the ph off.  Have you had discharge recently swabbed?

It hurts and feels like I can’t push it out, I take 2 probiotics daily, I don’t have any discharge it’s very swollen and dry
Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and help
You know, the hurting like you can't push it out sounds like an uti.  I honestly think you need to go get checked for that.  Ugh, sorry.
