Bumps on my personal parts

So I'm 16 , and for the first time I shaved myself down there. Over the past months I noticed bumps , and my mom said they were in grown hairs. And told me to put peroxide on it , and the bump would go down , but it doesn't stay down a week or so later it comes back and if I touched the bumps it would be sore. Can someone tell me how to get rid of theses bump their very ugly, and I'm still a virgin.

There are "bikini zone" creams you can buy for this. It didn't really work for me though. I also heard putting deodorant on the area after shaving helps keep them at bay. Also check out this link, it has tons of info thatll be helpful http://www.***.com
