Yeast Infection?

For the past few days - I think four or five - I have been having burning sensations after I urinate that usually tend to fade away after about ten or so minutes. Along with that I sometimes get a sudden burning sensation in the area where my vagina ends along the line of my bottom. I recently got rid of a hemorrhoid, but I don't think it has anything to do with that.

There's no bad odor from my vagina, swelling or discoloration of discharge. I don't know what it could be, or if something I'm wearing is rubbing the wrong way.

Are there any home remedies to fix this if it is a yeast infection?
I don't really have any money and the Free Clinics around here... aren't free.
