That happens to me sometimes, you are dehydrated my friend. drink caffeine? If not that is good, regardless, drink more water, better water, coconut water, and maybe an emergence packet. You'll see a difference in one day. I am most hydrated and not expereincing those symptoms when not only am I drinking plenty of hydrating fluids, but also eating fruits and salads and smoothies with some greens in it. Try this before seeing a doctor. Good Luck
Definitely go see a doctor. When you have the dizziness and feeling like you're going to black out, it's usually because you got up too quickly that particular time, which would cause a spike in your blood pressure. But if it's going on every single time, I'd be concerned and go see a doctor. Does anyone in your house have a blood pressure monitor? It might be helpful to take your blood pressure in the morning and evening and anytime you stand up and have the dizziness occur with date, time, and activity listed before you go see your doctor (just a couple days would help), if you do have access to a blood pressure monitor. If you don't, then no worries. Just make an appointment and your doctor will figure out what's going on.
