Pubic Bumps.

I have a bump on that is located on the side of the lip of my vagina, not inside but outside. This is not the first time this has happened. I have never been sexually active, so I am almost positive that this couldnt be a sexally transmitted disease. Does anybody know what this may be. (sorry for the graphic details...just need an answer asap)
Thanks,
