my uterus is smaller than normal size ,overies are not clear and irregular periods is there any solution to get pregnent

My uterus was smaller than normal and tipped backwards. I also only had a total of 4 periods a year. I can't say about my ovaries since I never had them ultrasounded - BUT - I did get pregnant 3 times and carried all but one safely to term. One of them was born premature but she is fine now! I have no special 'tricks' to pass on since I was trying to get pregnant at any time - it just happened. Try different positions that keep your pelvis elevated as high as possible and then stay in that position for as long as you can. Give that a try and see how things go! Best of babies to you!
