bumps on the vag

ok, I'm 17 years old almost 18 and I wouldn't call myself sexually active, Yes I've had sex, but not on a regular basis. I've noticed a few bumps on my "lips." my partner is STD free and I know I'm STD free. So  I don't think they are STD's. I did try to pick at them thinking they were pimples. Now they really itch and I squeezed them till the blood came out. WHAT ARE THESE BUMPS?? ITS ONLY ON MY LEFT LIP.... HELP!!!! AM I DISEASED!?!?
