can a pregnant woman feel the signs of menstruation but not have her period?

out of curiosity
can a pregnant woman feel the signs of menstruation that happens before her period? i was just curious because we know that ammenorrhea is a presumptive sign of pregnancy, but can a pregnant woman feel that she could be having her period/ can she feel the signs that an unpregnant woman has before her menstrual period then not have her period?

we had a PT test and it came out negative

yes with my first child i cramping and menstral type bleeding for 4 mon. in to the pregnacy and had menstral symptoms before finding out i was pregnant with my other 2 children my doctor said it has to do with the rapid increase of hormones during your first trimester
