Cramping bad in a little bit of blood
I think I'm comin on my cycle early I been cramping for 2 days now in now wen I sit on the toilet I start spotting then wen I wipe it a lot in pink in wet

That does sound like your period is on its way. Ibuprofen can really help with cramps. Let us know if that's what happens, you get your period or if we have to try to find another reason. Hope you are better soon but would guess your about to have a bad period.
