when ever I have sex with my spouse,sperm leaks out shortly after withdrawal? please is this normal and can it prevent me from getting pregnant?

Hi there. Yes, this is completely normal. Sperm is within liquid so some will come straight out immediately. Have no fear, sperm are swimming north so this does not prevent pregnancy. :>) good luck
