discoloration in vaginal area

My skin looks like a leopard in my vaginal area, test came bak normal but im not convinced  because its spreading towards my rectum, beginning on the lips.

I dont remember the diagnosis, but my friend had that, she had a yeast infection under the skin. Took some meds had to stay outta the sun while on the meds....but it eventually went away. She did get it again, without any "cause" so Im not sure if its a malfunction in how your body rejects hormones/chemical imbalances...but you should see a doctor for sure

What test came back normal?  People can get interesting color gradations in their genital regions (I have seen a photo of labia that had a black edge like the ears of a Siamese cat on generally pink vaginal lips) but looking like a leopard is possibly lichen sclerosis.  I'd ask the doctor for sure.  You want to at least rule out lichen sclerosis, or get treated if that is what it is.
