Hi there

If it is to do with your thyroid then they can test it to be sure if that is the cause of your symptoms.  People with hyperthyroidism have similar symptons but many have lost a lot of weight and have protruding eye sockets . Does any of this apply to you??

Looks like you will really have to go to the doctor for some tests as you really can't go on like this much longer. At least then you can get some treatment

xxxx  post how you get on

Hi there

Do you get worried or anxious a lot or get heart palpatations??

It is just that some of your symptons fit in with that??

When you become scared, nervous, and worried, your brain will trigger a fear response, which, in turn, causes your body to undergo  a few changes, like:
Palpitations
Cold/Hot flashes
Dilated pupils
Urge to urinate
Diarrhea
Tunnel vision
Muscle tension

It’s also important to point out that palpitations are almost always accompanied by anxiety and panic.

Does this occur during or around your menstrual cycle?

Hello there!

Is this something that has only been happening for a few days or has it been going on for weeks??

Do you mean you are going from hot to shivering with cold alternatively . If you do mean this you may have a kidney infection .  Have you passed blood?
It may just be cystitis(a common bladder infection ) You normally get pain when passing urine with this though as well as the frequency.

I am thinking more likely kidney due to the pain. The only answer I am afraid is to go to the doctor for a urine sample testing. (If you already have a sample bottle at home then use that ) It has to be first morning urine though so you will have to get to the doctors early . You don't have to see the doctor for the test but you can make an appointment to see him later after the results or he may ring you at home
