I get this white ,some times clear or transparent, mucus stuff that comes out of my vagina. Does that mean I'm ovulating? Or what does it mean?

Hiya what you have is called discharge its perfectly normal and is the vaginas way of keeping itself clean.
The texture and consistency varies thought the month as you head towards ovulation and mensuration.
Only if you are sore or itchy or it changes color and odor say like a green color or a fishy odor should you be concerned and see your doctor.
Well done you for noticing your natural cycle it shows your in touch with yourself.

There are various things discharge can mean.  The vagina is a self-cleansing organ, so sometimes discharge will simply be that.  There are different consistencies throughout the month which *can* be a sign of what part of your cycle you're on. From what I understand, usually the slightly thicker, stringy sort is associated with ovulation.  It would not be a 100% certain way to judge ovulation by, however, nor would you likely want to use that to time sex to avoid or plan conception as it could be too late by that point in either case.  Sometimes, discharge can also be a sign of arousal or a sign of infection.
