how to regulate hormones after coming off bcps?

Hey ladies. This is my 3rd cycle ttc for baby #2 i got off bcps end of September 2014.  I am yet to ovulate even though my cervix opens and i get what i think are ovulation pains mid cycle BUT my cm remains creamy very creamy. I was on bcps for 4 years i stopped got pregnant after about 6 months without trying and had a miscarriage,  i immediately went back on bcp for about 3 months.

Is there anything i can take or do to regulate my hormones and jump start ovulation.?

Okay, well, if you are having a period, you've probably begun ovulating.  You are just irregular with your cycle.  Begin having sex on day 10 of your cycle and continue to do so every other day for the next 10 days.  That usually catches the egg.  goodl uck
