i might be pregnant...???

i have been browsing the internet looking for a possible answer to my question and found this site. i hope someone in here can help me.

Im 25yrs old, my last menstration was April 5, last April 20 me and my boyfriend had a shock of our life when we found out that the condom we used was teared/rolled-up. (it was torn from the tip). our usual habit is that after he came he stays inside me for quite sometime. That night he didn't pulled it out for about a minute after he came. when i saw the "defective condom", i ran to the toilet and pee, when i wipe off my vagina i saw sperms in the tissue which clearly means that all his come was inside me.

We are living in an arab country and to be pregnant w/o marriage is not allowed. it has been 8 days now and i want to know if it's ok to have pregnancy test at this time? i really want to know ASAP so we can get married. (on this part we are ready, our relationship is steady but our plan is to get married next year).

when is the best time to have pregnancy test or the best way to find out ASAP??? i can't go to any hospital as they will ask for a marriage license. PLS HELP ME...

you can not see sperms in the tissue.
