irregular menses after an abortion
hello,
i had an induced abortion in April after the abortion i did a scan which came out that everythin was fine. now my my menses has reduced in flow moving from my normal menstrual flow of 5 day to 4 light flow days. last month i bled lightly just for 3 days and it stopped. this month it has delayed. did a pregnancy test and is negative. i am really gettin trobled now. i am using a contraceptive called today. it is a form of pessary. can anyone offer some recommedations

Scanty periods after an induced abortion are possible. Also you should rule out anaemia, pelvic infection, and hormonal issues. For the delayed periods, you can repeat the home pregnancy test after 7 days. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
