Hi there.  I'm sorry to hear of this!  I know how hard it is to try to get pregnant and to find it hard and then to lose a baby to miscarriage.  Early miscarriage is actually quite common with one in four pregnancies ending this way.  I know that doesn't make it easier when it happens to you.  But just know that the majority of women go on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby after a miscarriage.

Any of a number of things can result in a miscarriage and it is hard to say why especially if it is a very early one.  Because it happened once does not mean it will happen again.  And as you weren't sure you were pregnant it sounds like, then you should wait a cycle and resume trying.

Good luck on your mission to motherhood.  peace and again, sorry for your loss if you indeed have had a miscarriage.  Contact your doctor for guidance as well dear.

Hello,
To rule out miscarriage, you can confirm it by getting your HCG levels checked or an ultrasound done.In case of pregnancy loss, the value of HCG will return to a non-pregnant range(<5 mIU /L) about 4 - 6 weeks after a pregnancy loss.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
