missed periods

i have always had regular periods, i may missed a month here and there but it always comes back the next month on time, this time it hasn't, it is going to be the 5 month and no period, i dont think im pregnant because i think that with 5 months i would have noticed already, i'm 22 years old and last time i had sex was in june, i got my period july and august and september was a no show, i haven't got a pregnancy test and i'm a little freaked out, i have been under a lot of stress and that was my excuse to not go to the doctor for the first two months but its going to five now and i want to know if it's possible that is a pregnancy, i do have some pms symptoms usually at the end of the month, that is when i was suppose to get my period but then nothing happens. could i really be pregnant and not have a belly or symptoms as long as 5 month or should i be worried about something worst??
