need some help
my friend has these symptoms : dizzy, I lost the ability to form sentences that one time, I get confused sometimes, my lip and tongue went numb, metallic taste in my mouth, and whenever I workout I have to slow down because it feels like I was getting brain freeze.

The inability to form sentences is a symptom of stroke. Given that she didn't subsequently have one, there might be something intermittent going on that gives the symptoms. I would get checked by a doc and a reference to the kind of doctor that looks at neurological issues, and wouldn't wait.
