negative blood/urine test, but almost positive that I'm pregnant?

So, I'm not quite sure what's going on. The last normal period I had was Jan 22. I went all of February with no period, and had one on March 3. I then had one on April 11, but it was super short. I have so many of the symptoms (sore breasts, food aversions, bloating, gas, etc) but no positive results. I went to the ER and had them do a blood test (I have no insurance) and it came back negative. The doctors were really rude, saying that irregular periods are normal at my age. I was really frustrated, because, no, that's not normal, and I know my body. Plus, I'm only 19 years old.
I would love any guidance from anyone. My bell is visibly growing and I notice that my pulse is moving it now.
